Performance assessments from line management every sixmonths, complemented by feedback sessions with an executive mentor and HumanResources coaches.
Mentoring and Support
Participants will be assigned an executive mentor toprovide coaching and guidance throughout the programme, augmented by a linementor in each attachment to facilitate technical learning.
Networking and Events
Regular networking events over the course of theprogramme with local and regional senior management.
