IBM的业务咨询部门是全球最大的信息科技及咨询服务供应商。为了满足全球客户对 IT 服务业务不断增长的需求并为他们提供更高价值的服务，IBM 于1999 年开始在中国建立了全球服务执行中心，为全世界的客户提供广泛的服务，包括端到端的解决方案、高端业务咨询、系统集成、应用软件开发、测试和管理服务、解决方案管理、业务转型外包服务和 IT 基础架构外包服务等。该中心还支持包括 SAP、Oracle、Siebel等在内的整体解决方案，大型机以及电子商务应用等。

IBM中国全球服务执行中心通过位于上海、深圳、大连、成都、武汉、佛山、北京和苏州等地的运营中心以及在客户现场为全球客户提供服务。IBM在全球所有的服务执行中心都遵循相同的服务标准、并采用统一的开发流程和方法。目前，中国全球服务执行中心已成为 IBM 在全球第二大的全球服务执行网络。

The Application Developers we’re looking for at GBS are energetic people who not only excel in the technical aspects of application development and management, but who have a keen interest in the business side as well -- people who can help IBM build innovative IT solutions to help our clients transform their business to gain competitive advantage and grow.  

As a new starter at IBM, you’ll be offered a packaged training covering technologies/skill sets across IBM Competencies (including Web/Middleware, Mainframe, Business Analytics and Optimization, SAP, Oracle, testing), literature languages, soft skills (like communications, presentation, time management etc) under IBM “Competence Model” to help you better deal with your daily job and achieve your career success.

Your long-term careerat IBM Global Delivery covers a wide spectrum of technical and business disciplines, including application development, infrastructure & architect, quality assurance, project management, business analysis and consulting, solutions to shape your own areas of interest and expertise.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a lifelong learner with excellent technical skills and academic credentials, looking to make a difference in a progressive IT services company.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·       A quick learner – able to learn and apply technical and complex topics

·       Good team player, strong organizational skills and customer-focus

·       Self-motivated, result-oriented, can take ownership and follow-through on tasks

·       Good communication skills

Requirements:

·       Bachelor degree and above

·       Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent

·       Good at any of following skill sets:  C, C++, Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, C#, .net, WPF, Websphere, HTML/XML/XSLT, SQL, Design Pattern, Agile Methodology

·       Good language skills in writing and speaking: Japanese (JPL3 & above) and English(CET 4 & above)

·       Able to afford travelling or working in other locations or abroad upon assignment

·       计算机以及相关专业

·       日语三级及以上
